Facebook has reached over 400 Million users recently, so most of you if not all of you have heard about the new changed Facebook has made to their user interface. I waited until Today to do a review on it because I just recently got the new Facebook UI. Slowly Facebook is giving users the new layout. As of today, a lot of people got it, only a few are left to get the new design. I’m sure by the end of the week, everyone should have the new layout!

First Thoughts:

Once I opened facebook.com when I got the new layout, I immediately was impressed by the simpleness that the UI provided. The old facebook was clunky, slow, and most of all, hard to use. This new facebook is simple, easy to use, and most of all, it looks really nice. I don’t know why people are complaining about it, It is a huge improvement from the old.

Problems:

Only had one minor problem. When I go on facebook.com and then click on a post or someone’s profile and then return back to facebook.com, sometimes it says that there are no posts on the homepage. This does get a little annoying, but I would much rather have this bug than other bugs the old facebook has had.

Overall, The new Facebook is very good, which in a way is rare. A lot of people hated Facebook’s previous pages, but I think finally they made a great job on the new Facebook layout. Awesome work.
